Picknickcrazy Iranian
Date/Time: Sun 24 Jun 2007 11:19:13 AM CEST
Iranian are totaly, totaly, really TOOOTALYYY picknick crazy and picknick everywhere where a little patch of green can be found, no matter how small. They prefer places like roundabouts, sideways and parks but basicly they can picknick everywhere.
For a good Iranian picknick you need (at least):
a small Paikan filled with 4 children, a grandmother, grandfather, father and mother and 2 uncles, two kilims, plates, cups, dishes, watercooler, coolbox, chai cooker, waterpipe, tent, musikal instruments, melons and more fruit, soup, loads of bread, meat, sweets and ice.
The more you can bring and the smaller and older your car the better :p

First lunch, then "other dishes'. It's a BIG problem in Iran and in many villages it is part of daily life an nobody likes to talk about it much. Most of it is coming from Afghanistan. We did not try these "dishes"
